Kendrick Coulter, President The combination of a robust entrepreneurial spirit and an innate ability to spot opportunity has defined the working life of Kendrick Coulter for more than a decade.
Known for galvanizing talent and producing top earners within several companies, Coulter has repeatedly demonstrated his own ability to generate immediate and substantial sales volume in industries ranging from magazine sales to commercial seafood to solar power. Much of his success is due to an ability to adapt, analyze, and create relationships with people. Coulter has worked on local, national and global sales campaigns driving sales to the tune of tens of millions of dollars.
Hurricane Katrina proved to be a defining life experience for Coulter. It destroyed his hometown in Mississippi but opened his mind to many of the ongoing conversations about the environmental impact of global warming and climate change.
As one of the very first sales representatives for a new company with a new and revolutionary approach to solar power, he exploded onto the relatively stagnant market with more than 11,000 reps in training and 13,000 customers in six months, a staggering 75% of the entire company’s sales totals during a sensitive pilot phase. His team composes the world’s largest solar sales force in the world.
Upon entering the Texas market, Coulter identified an even greater need to educate homeowners about energy conservation. In light of Texas’ coal and oil dependency and polluting record, a desire to empower people about reducing energy consumption began to fuel a larger business effort. Bringing together energy efficient products such as windows, radiant barriers, insulation upgrades, lighting, solar attic fans and solar screens, Coulter is effectively doing in person what some television shows are trying late at night—providing real information and options to real people who want to reduce their collective carbon footprints.
Michael Wisniewski, National Sales Director Michael Wisniewski is a proven leader, uniquely networked throughout the country in a variety of fields relating to healthy living and a healthy planet.
Wisniewski has been on the leading edge of social change since the late 70's when he opened the Natural Food Store in Ottawa, Illinois to promote healthy living thru the use of unprocessed, live, organic foods and herbs. He then went on to spend many years crusading for the environment and marketing numerous alternative health products.
In the late 80's he shifted gears and jumped on board with startup A.L. Williams, a rouge company that revolutionized the life insurance industry with its unique products and marketing tactics. Within months, Michael became one of the top ranked regional managers in the nation.
In the late 80's, Michael went back into the alternative field and with his wife Dawn and opened Healing Earth Resources which was a focal point for everything alternative from food to spirituality, politics and the environment and included Chicago's first organic, vegetarian cafe and juice bar...The Mother Earth Cafe. Michael developed Healing Earth into the nation's largest metaphysical, new age store eventually inhabiting a 15,000 square foot facility that offered a new age book and retail store, yoga space, alternative health clinic and 3 large workshop rooms that were used to host 20 to 30 events and workshops a week featuring local, national and international speakers, authors and artists.
Michael then shifted his focus back to the environment and alternative energy field. He was part of a team that put together the nation's largest green sales force to market a residential leasing program for solar energy. Unfortunately the company couldn't bring their product to market so Wisniewski moved on to spend time involved in sales with gas and electricity deregulation, lighting retrofits and commercial/industrial energy efficiency retrofitting.
Currently, in his quest to help create a healthy green planet, Wisniewski has re-partnered with two key leaders from his days at Powur and is in the process of recreating the nation’s largest green sales force to help new and existing companies bring unique and revolutionary green products to the market place.
